VALENTINO COMPANY CALENDAR
Privacy Policy
Effective September 11, 2026.
This policy covers Valentino International’s Valentino Company calendar and its Google Calendar connection, including access through Apple Calendar. It does not describe the separate homeowner inquiry, CRM, calling, or voicemail services.
Shared employee login
The shared employee username and password also allow access to company calendar events. Everyone holding these credentials can view, create, edit, and delete those events; shared-account actions do not identify an individual employee. Administrator controls and individual lead workspaces remain separate. The password is stored as a salted password hash, not in public application code. A secure session cookie lasts up to eight hours. Login-attempt counters use hashed IP identifiers and short-lived time windows; expired counters are removed during later sign-in requests. Individual approved identities are still required to enable Google or Apple Calendar access.
Information used
The calendar uses your verified portal identity and email to check employee access. When the calendar owner connects Google, we receive their verified Google email, authorization tokens, and calendar information needed to confirm ownership. Company events include titles, dates, times, locations, notes, identifiers, and recurrence information. Phone setup uses your portal email to grant access to the company calendar.
Google permissions and purpose
Google’s consent grants permission to list subscribed calendars, manage events on calendars the connected account owns, and manage sharing permissions on those calendars. These permissions are broader than one calendar. Valentino’s application is configured to use the designated Valentino Company calendar for scheduling and employee access, not to browse or edit unrelated personal calendars. We use this information to display, create, update, and delete company events and to enable approved employees’ calendar access.
Who can see company events
Approved Valentino portal users can view and edit company events. Employees who enable phone access receive editing access through Google. Changes made in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar affect the same shared calendar. Treat event titles, locations, and notes as team-visible; do not enter passwords, payment-card information, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Service providers and data use
Google processes calendar events, permissions, and authorization. The Valentino website runs on OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare hosting and database services. Those services process the information needed to operate and secure the calendar. If you enable Apple Calendar, your Apple device and Google account also process calendar data under their own settings and policies. Valentino does not sell Google calendar data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Valentino’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Company event records are stored in Google Calendar and fetched by the website when requested; the calendar integration does not maintain a separate event database. Valentino stores the connected owner’s email, calendar identifier, connection time, an encrypted refresh token, and employee sharing records in its database. Temporary authorization state has a ten-minute validity period. HTTPS, signed-in employee access checks, and encrypted token storage help protect the connection, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Hosting providers may retain operational or security logs under their own policies.
Retention, removal, and your choices
Events remain in Google Calendar until deleted through an authorized calendar interface or by its owner. Connection and membership records remain until removed or replaced; this integration has no scheduled automatic retention deletion. To request removal of stored calendar connection or membership information, contact the calendar administrator using the email below. The owner can revoke Valentino’s Google authorization at myaccount.google.com/connections; revocation stops access but does not itself erase existing events or stored records. Removing an account from Apple Calendar does not delete the shared company calendar or revoke its Google sharing permission. Ask the administrator to remove sharing access when it is no longer needed.
